Our Leaders
Creating LifePoint Solutions was a bold and forward-thinking strategic vision to strengthen Clermont Counseling Center and Family Service, as well as make a significant impact in our community. We are now better positioned to grow our core programs by building on our collective expertise, infrastructure and geographic reach. As a result, our community will be better served as children, adults and families will have greater access to more effective, comprehensive services throughout Greater Cincinnati, including Clermont County and Northern Kentucky. I commend our board, agency management and staff for their vision, planning, implementation and tireless dedication; and want to thank our partners for their encouragement and support in these endeavors.

Bios
Arlene Herman:
Arlene Herman is the CEO of LifePoint Solutions.
Arlene Herman was the President of Family Service from 1993 until the merger in 2009. Under Arlene Herman's leadership, Family Service was able to expand core programs, diversify funding streams and assist in the creation of the Foundation for Family Service.
In the area of community service, Arlene was president of the Council of Agency Executives during the organization's transition into Leadership Council of Human Services Executives. She was also a member of Leadership Cincinnati, class XXI and serves on their Education Committee. She is also a member of Cincinnatus. Arlene was the 1999 winner of the Cincinnati Jewish Federation Weston Award for Outstanding Professional Community Service.
Arlene has a Masters in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. Arlene is licensed as an independent social worker in the state of Ohio.
Kevin McMurray:
Kevin McMurray is the active Chair of the LifePoint Solutions Board of Directors.
Kevin is an attorney and Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC where he serves as Chair of its Environmental Practice Group. He is also a member of the Firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and has served in several other leadership roles, including a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Chair of the Client Relations Committee. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and College of Law.
Kevin is involved in various community activities, including previously serving as Board Chair of the former Clermont Counseling Center, a Trustee of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation and a member of the Cincinnati USA Partnership Regional Business Retention Committee. Kevin is also active in coaching youth athletics.
