BEAP
BEAP, formally EARN has been an area Employee Assistance Program for over 30 years. While the primary use of the BEAP is to help employees address issues such as depression, stress, anxiety, family issues, and addictions, this program also offers management consultations on dealing with difficult employee situations, and seminars/workshops for both managers and employees. BEAP has also provided critical incident assistance to businesses experiencing downsizing, deaths, crime, and other tragic or highly emotional events.
