Senior Connections
In partnership with Clermont Senior Services the senior connections program is designed to improve quality of life for the senior residents of Clermont County. This is done by providing in home assessments and mental health services to those who are experiencing challenges that prevent them from engaging in services in an outpatient office setting. Sometimes the aging process presents many challenges. The losses can be devastating. As we age, we can experience loss of health, loss of loved ones; loss of our ability to care for ourselves and to engage in usual activities. Senior Connections helps older adults cope with these issues and challenges. In addition, services can be provided to support the caregivers who are taking care of the seniors (e.g. parent or spouse).
