Recovery Coordination
The goal of Recovery coordination is to help people living with a severe mental illness discover their inner strengths, and lead meaningful and productive lives within the community. Recovery Coordination is rehabilitation focused case management services designed to provide severely mentally disabled individuals with the tools to aid them in recovery from the devastating effects of their mental health condition. These conditions include bipolar disorder, severe clinical depression, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. Recovery services are individually tailored to help our clients develop the strengths, skills and community resource networks needed to reclaim their hopes, dreams, and valued roles in their community. Recovery Coordinators assist clients most often in the community or in their homes.
