LifePoint Solutions understands the financial pressures that a majority of our clients face and the stress it places on one's self esteem and day to day living. Whether they are recovering from the onset of a serious mental illness, coping with unemployment or underemployment, or are new to this country and seeking a job to support a new life, our vocational staff bring tools to assess their needs, work through barriers, and connect them to competitive jobs in our community.
We have developed successful relationships with employers in our region who partner with us in this important work. This past year, our Work Initiative Network (WIN) program was one of the 2 programs in the country awarded the Johnson and Johnson Dartmouth award for our success in helping our clients with severe mental illness successfully return to work. We were also one of three agencies selected in the state of Ohio as a Johnson and Johnson Grant for Dartmouth College pilot program to receive training in the evidence based practice of Supported Employment.
