Work Initiative Network (WIN)

LifePoint Solutions believes working can be therapeutic. The Work Initiative Network, WIN, offers supported employment services to help clients with disabilities or other barriers to choose, get, and keep jobs of their choice. Through skills assessment, work readiness training, job development, placement, coaching, vocational case management and follow along, clients gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in work settings. Active consumer involvement is emphasized and the focus is on strengths rather than limitations. Workers develop skills, confidence and self-esteem through transitional and community job placements; by social interaction with staff and co-workers; incentive programs; group support programs; and ongoing case management and/or other agency support programs. WIN is a vendor for the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and an employment network for Ticket to Work.

An Employment Specialist is also available to help work-authorized immigrants and refugees acquire needed skills for employment and to access information about jobs with core employers.
